Pe\u010dliv\u011b si je p\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Rezervace a platba<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. V\u0161ichni klienti mus\u00ed dokon\u010dit svou rezervaci <strong>online<\/strong> prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm na\u0161ich webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek. Rezervace, kter\u00e9 nebyly provedeny online <strong>nelze zajistit<\/strong>, a dostupnost na lodi nelze zaru\u010dit.<br>1.2. Platba mus\u00ed b\u00fdt provedena <strong>v hotovosti v den cesty<\/strong>. Pro rezervaci m\u00edsta je nutn\u00e1 online rezervace, i kdy\u017e platba prob\u011bhne a\u017e na m\u00edst\u011b.<br>1.3. Ceny jsou uvedeny za osobu, pokud nen\u00ed uvedeno jinak, a mohou se zm\u011bnit bez p\u0159edchoz\u00edho upozorn\u011bn\u00ed.<br>1.4. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed ceny pro d\u011bti se vztahuj\u00ed pouze na lodn\u00ed l\u00edstky. Mohou b\u00fdt \u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1ny dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady, nap\u0159. na autobusovou dopravu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Storna<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Zm\u011bny a zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed prohl\u00eddky<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1.&nbsp;<strong>Severn\u00ed Alb\u00e1nie Lo\u010f<\/strong>&nbsp;si vyhrazuje pr\u00e1vo upravit trasy z bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f, kv\u016fli pov\u011btrnostn\u00edm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m nebo provozn\u00edm po\u017eadavk\u016fm.<br>3.2. \u010casy odlet\u016f jsou pevn\u011b stanoveny. Host\u00e9 se mus\u00ed dostavit na ur\u010den\u00e9 m\u00edsto setk\u00e1n\u00ed v\u010das. Za zme\u0161kan\u00e9 odjezdy se n\u00e1hrada neposkytuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Bezpe\u010dnost a odpov\u011bdnost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. V\u0161ichni cestuj\u00edc\u00ed mus\u00ed dodr\u017eovat bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed pokyny na\u0161ich pr\u016fvodc\u016f a provozovatel\u016f lod\u00ed.<br>4.2. Za ztr\u00e1tu nebo po\u0161kozen\u00ed osobn\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed neodpov\u00edd\u00e1me.<br>4.3. \u00da\u010dast na aktivit\u00e1ch, jako je plav\u00e1n\u00ed, kanoistika nebo ziplining, je na vlastn\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed.<br>4.4. D\u016frazn\u011b se doporu\u010duje osobn\u00ed cestovn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Kodex chov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. Cestuj\u00edc\u00ed se mus\u00ed chovat uctiv\u011b k person\u00e1lu a spolucestuj\u00edc\u00edm. Ru\u0161iv\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek vylou\u010den\u00ed ze z\u00e1jezdu bez n\u00e1hrady.<br>5.2. Odpadky jsou p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b zak\u00e1z\u00e1ny.
