Welcome to North Albania Boat. By booking a tour with us through Bokun.io, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. All clients must complete their booking online through our website. Bookings not made online cannot be secured, and availability on the boat cannot be guaranteed.
1.2. Payment must be made in cash on the day of travel. Online booking is required to reserve your place, even though payment is completed on-site.
1.3. Prices are per person unless specified otherwise and may be subject to change without notice.
1.4. Special rates for children apply only to boat tickets. Additional costs, such as bus transportation, may apply.

2. Cancellations

2.1. Cancellations made by the customer:

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the experience starts (local time) are eligible for a full refund.
• If North Albania Boat cancels a tour due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

3. Tour Modifications & Delays

3.1. North Albania Boat reserves the right to modify itineraries due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or operational requirements.
3.2. Departure times are fixed. Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. No refunds will be provided for missed departures.

4. Safety & Liability

4.1. All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by our guides and boat operators.
4.2. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
4.3. Participation in activities such as swimming, canoeing, or ziplining is at the participant’s own risk.
4.4. Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Passengers must behave respectfully toward staff and fellow travelers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
5.2. Littering is strictly prohibited. Help us keep Komani Lake & Shala River clean.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for processing reservations and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes must be resolved in an Albanian court.
